If you’re not interested in full-service catering for your next event, we also provide drop-off catering. Food and beverages are prepared at the same quality you expect from Mise en Place but without the added expense of service staff or the risk of interruption to your schedule. Whether it be for a corporate lunch, school function, business luncheon, or meeting, we can still deliver a beautifully presented catered service. Mise en Place will handle the set-up of all buffet tables and food stations, and provide deliciously prepared cuisine, cooked and ready to serve.

Our drop-off catering service has been used by many government entities, like Hazard Management and The Cayman Islands Regiment. We offer pre-cooked, safely sealed, pre-packed meals and can deliver them to your desired location in insulated boxes for your convenience.
All drop-off items are kept at the appropriate temperatures required to ensure safety and freshness when served. If you need chafing dishes, tables and tablecloths, disposable service ware, drink dispensers, or any other catering equipment, Mise en Place will conveniently take care of all of it.
